Theresa Nfam Odeigah is a senior lecturer in the Department of History and International Studies at the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. She received her first degree in History and M.A. in History from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She obtained a PGDE from Ekiti State University, Nigeria, and a Doctorate in History from Kogi State University, Anyigba, Nigeria. She specializes in Economic History/ Gender Studies. She is the secretary of the editorial board of the Ilorin Journal of History and International Studies and also a Reviewer for Africa Review journal. She has published in scholarly journals and books.
