Oyeniyi Solomon ABOYEJI is a lecturer in the Department of History and International Studies, Faculty of Arts, University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He holds a B.A. Hons, M.A. and Ph.D. History in the Department of History and International Studies, University of Ilorin. Dr. Solomon has taught and graduated students with the Nigerian Certificate in Education in the Departments of History and General Studies in Education while at Kwara State College of Education, Oro, Kwara State (2006-2016). He has also taught and graduated students with a Graduate Degree Certificate in History in the Department of History and International Studies, University of Ilorin from 2016 till date. His research interests include Igbomina/African History and Cultural Studies.
